Peter Behn

Peter Behn is an American former voice actor and child actor. He is best known for providing the voice of the young Thumper in the film Bambi.

Peter Behn was born onOctober 1934 in Prescott, Arizona to Harry Behn , a screenwriter and childrens author, and his wife Alice Behn . He had two other siblings a brother named Prescott and a sister named Pamela. Behns paternal grandfather Henry was German and his paternal grandmother Maren was Danish. His family lived in Arizona and Greenwich, Connecticut. Behn was educated at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, where he was a member of the schools swim team. After graduating, he went on to attend Yale University and serve two years in the United States Army.
